Star previously looked expressionless
Rumors have been swirling about Barry's appearance for years.
In 2019, fans noticed that the star appeared expressionless as he left his Broadway show.
While he was reported to have been struggling in his personal life at the time it was reported that his face was "oddly still" as he chatted with fans.
Who is Barry Manilow married to?
Barry secretly got hitched to his manager Garry Kief at their 53-acre Palm Springs estate in April 2014.
The ceremony was shrouded in such secrecy that even guests did not know they were coming to a wedding when they arrived at the estate.
There was a tacit agreement among Barry's close circle that they wouldn't betray his secret, but a year later Suzanne Somers spilled the beans about the wedding on a US chat show.
On April 27 he appeared on The One Show with his husband Garry for their first UK television appearance together.
How much is Barry Manilow worth?
Barry is worth an incredible £81million thanks to being one of the best-selling recording artists of all time.
He and husband Garry currently live in his sprawling 53-acre estate in Palm Springs but Barry also gives back to many charities.
Manilow donated funds to the American Red Cross in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and made a contribution of $300,000 (£232,000) to restore a school's musical programme after a tornado destroyed a third of Joplin, Missouri.
Barry looks unrecognizable
Barry, 80, took the stage for an NBC Christmas special on Monday, performing some festive hits during the show.
The iconic singer wowed longtime fans but left many viewers focused on something other than his singing.
Many took to X, formerly Twitter, to weigh in on the award-winning musician's appearance.
Viewers plead with Barry to slow down on the Botox.
"Barry manilow needed to stop botox a long time ago," one critic reacted with.
Susan wishes Barry the best
Susan told MailOnline that she wishes Barry the best and that any ill feelings are all in the past.
"What happened between us, our relationship is ancient history... It's 50 years ago," she says.
She continues, "I'm a private person but I'm happy for him. I really am."
Barry remarried in 2014
Although Susan never remarried, the Copacabana star married his manager and long-time lover, Garry Kief in 2014.
The pair had been dating since 1978 and finally tied the knot after same-sex marriage became legal in the United States.
Garry has a daughter, Kirsten, from a previous marriage, whom Barry helped raise as a stepdaughter.
In October 2023, Barry told People that Kirsten had "adopted a little girl, and so I’m now a grandfather."
He added, "I’m watching this little girl—she’s 2½—grow up and learn. This is a brand-new experience for me, and I really am enjoying it."
